1. Open a image with a car
2. Choose Pen Tool or Lasso Tool and start so make the contour of teh car excepting the windshield, headlights, windows, plastics , etc.
Hint : First of all you select the exterior of the car and after that, hold ALT and click to start a new shape which will deselect what is in the interior of the first selection
3. Go to Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation
4. When a window comes up, check the “Colorize” box and make a colour for tour car.
5. Right click > Deselect and its done
