With “Extract Filter” we can extract very easy some objects from a photo. You need just 2-3 minutes to do that so dont waste our time and let’s get started
Below we have Froggy jumping around
1. Open the image with Froggy and then go to Filters > Extract…
2. Choose “Edge Highlighter Tool” (that marker), make a zoom at our picture to be more accurate, make the size of the brush more smaller and now you can start to make the contour of the frog.
3. After you are done with the contour , choose “Fill Tool” (the bucket) and click in the interior of the contour. Now the frog should be a little bit blue. Press OK
4. If you have made your contour very accurate and you dont have missing parts or any holes in our frog , BRAVO. If not , keep reading
5. If you have missing parts or any holes, you dont need to make the contour again. Just choose “History Brush Tool”, right click and at Hardness put 100% and at size depends on you.
6. I’ve put a grey background to see more better our result
